Q: Are your products authentic? A: Absolutely. We source our ingredients from the world’s top producers, including China and Taiwan—the birthplace of bubble tea—to ensure you get that genuine shop-quality taste.

Q: Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options? A: Yes! Many of our powders (like the Hokkaido Milk Tea) and all of our Popping Bobas and Fruit Syrups are vegan-friendly. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific dietary certifications.

Q: How should I store my toppings and powders? A:

  • Powders: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container.
  • Tapioca Pearls: Uncooked pearls should be kept airtight. Once cooked, pearls should be kept at room temperature in syrup and consumed within 4 hours. Do not refrigerate cooked pearls.
  • Popping Boba/Jelly: Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 2 weeks.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: We offer weight-based pricing for Mainland UK:

  • Up to 3kg: £4.50
  • Up to 15kg: £5.50
  • Up to 25kg: £6.95

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: Our Economy Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes. If your order is shipped via FedEx or Yodel, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. (Small orders sent via Royal Mail may not have full tracking).

Q: Can I return an opened bag of powder if I don’t like the flavor? A: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items that have been opened or had their security seal broken.

Q: I’m new to making bubble tea. Do you have recipes? A: We include basic mixing ratios on most of our product pages. For a standard 500ml drink, we generally recommend 30g–45g of powder dissolved in hot tea before adding ice and toppings.
