Refund & Returns Policy

At Leemart, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your bubble tea supplies. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and damaged items.
1. “Change of Mind” Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Exclusions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept “change of mind” returns for any perishable food or beverage items (such as tapioca pearls, powders, syrups, or popping boba) if the original security seal has been broken.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but we know accidents can happen during transit.
- Reporting Period: Please inspect your order upon reception. You must notify us of any damages, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the internal and external packaging (including the shipping label).
- Resolution: Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable Goods: Any food or drink items once opened.
- Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased from our “Clearance” or “Short-Dated” sections are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
4. How to Start a Return
